Thank you for shopping at decorlyshop. We strive to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Since we partner with global suppliers to bring you unique products, please read the following shipping information carefully.

Processing Times

Order Processing:Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Note: Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only and cannot be guaranteed. Shipping delays may occur due to carrier operations, customs clearance, or external factors outside our control.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii. Delivery times to these locations may be longer (up to 30 business days).

We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations currently.

Shipping Methods Carriers

We use trusted global and domestic carriers including:

  • USPS (United States Postal Service)
  • UPS
  • FedEx
  • DHL
  • Regional couriers (depending on supplier location)

Your tracking number will be emailed once your order ships. Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear.

Delays and Exceptions

We are not responsible for carrier delays, but we will assist in tracking down your package if it’s significantly delayed. delays may occur because of:

  • Customs or import inspections (for overseas-sourced items)
  • Weather or carrier disruptions
  • Holidays or peak seasons (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas)

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and carrier link. You can track your shipment on the Track My Order Page If tracking doesn’t update within 5 business days, please contact us.

Order Cancellations

Cancellation requests are available within 12 hours after placing an order. After that, your order may already be in processing or shipped, and we cannot guarantee modifications.

Damaged

If you receive damaged merchandise, please take a picture and email the picture to us at support@decorlyshop.com right away. We will only replace damaged goods within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Returns and Refunds

Our return policy is separate. Please review our Return Policy Page for eligibility, timeframes, and instructions. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).
